The planned full package

The planned price is $49 per parent per month. This page describes the offer; it does not mean the service is currently purchasable or open to real families.

Honest answers to common questions

Is it a real person calling?

No. The caller is a computer assistant, and it never pretends otherwise — if your parent asks, it says so plainly. What we aim to provide is a companion with patience, time to listen, and honesty.

What if my parent doesn’t pick up?

We retry, and that day’s family page says plainly that the call didn’t go through. The current version does not automatically send reminder emails or contact notifications — please don’t treat OldCare as an emergency monitoring service.

Can my parent change their mind later?

Anytime — just by saying so on a call. Consent here isn’t a sign-up checkbox: every call, every recording, and every piece of shared information maps to a permission your parent can revoke at any moment.

Is this a medical or emergency service?

No. OldCare is a companionship service. The current version does not automatically notify emergency contacts, and it is no substitute for 911 or medical care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Who can see what?

You see a short daily note — never recordings or transcripts. What the note may include is decided by your parent, category by category.

How does the trial work?

This is the planned trial rule. No real subscription or charge is created before production billing opens; the future Checkout and Portal terms will control.

Currently for internal synthetic validation only

Real-family use, real calls, and production billing are not open. This page only explains the planned offer and current boundary.
